Participation in Hub surveys is strictly voluntary. Consent is obtained when a respondent agrees to participate in survey research.
An individual may refuse to answer certain questions, discontinue participation in a study, or withdraw consent at any time, even after initially agreeing to participate.
All responses to our research are completely confidential. We collect data in our studies for research purposes only, and our use of that information will be limited to that purpose. Respondents will not be contacted for other purposes, including sales solicitations, without their prior consent.
Responses are analyzed and shared with our clients in aggregate form only. Since this information is in aggregate form, clients or other third parties will be unable to identify an individual’s specific personal information.
In order to provide our services to clients, we may request from research participants their personal information such as names, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
